Functions and Technical Characteristics

Multi-parameter monitoring
Four independent channels can be configured individually to measure shaft radial vibration, axial displacement, differential expansion, shaft eccentricity, and related parameters. This supports multi-dimensional condition monitoring of rotating machinery.

High-precision signal processing
The module performs signal filtering, amplification, and linearization of sensor inputs to ensure stable and reliable measurements, with an accuracy of ±1 %.

Hierarchical alarms and interlocking
Supports multi-level alarm thresholds. Based on measured values, the module can initiate alarm or shutdown (trip) signals, ensuring safe operation and protection of critical equipment.

Fault diagnostics and event recording
Provides real-time monitoring of sensor and module status. Fault events and operating conditions are recorded via System 1 software, enabling post-event analysis and predictive maintenance.

System integration
Seamlessly integrates within the Bently Nevada 3500 system and with external PLC/DCS platforms. Suitable for protection and monitoring of key assets such as turbines, compressors, pumps, and other rotating machinery in power generation, petrochemical, and metallurgical industries.

Radial vibration: 0 – 5000 μm

Axial displacement: 0 – 25.4 mm

Differential expansion: 0 – 50.8 mm

These ranges cover the most common measurement scenarios in industrial rotating equipment.
