Dual channel redundant monitoring: Simultaneously connect 2 speed sensors to achieve dual measurement point redundancy of shaft speed, improve the reliability of speed monitoring for key units (such as steam turbines and generators), and avoid protection failure caused by single point failure.
Key phase signal sharing: Output key signals to the backplane to provide phase reference for vibration and displacement modules, achieve phase analysis of rotor dynamic balance, misalignment, friction and other faults, and reduce system costs.
Multi dimensional alarm protection
Speed setting alarm: Set overspeed and low-speed thresholds to trigger unit protection actions (such as shutdown and load reduction).
