Core Functions and Features
Dual-Channel Synchronous Vibration Monitoring

Supports synchronous sampling of two vibration channels, enabling accurate detection of common machinery faults such as imbalance, misalignment, and bearing wear. Combined with the speed channel, the system supports phase analysis and enhanced fault diagnosis.

Flexible Alarm and Output Configuration

Two independent relay outputs can be configured with warning and danger thresholds, supporting both latching and non-latching modes. The 4–20 mA analog outputs can be freely mapped to vibration or speed parameters for integration with DCS or SCADA systems.

Remote Communication and Centralized Management

Ethernet communication with Modbus TCP enables remote configuration, real-time data transmission, and centralized monitoring. Suitable for unattended or minimally staffed installations.
