Programmable alarm settings: Support independent setting of alarm/danger thresholds for each channel, and output alarm signals through the 3500 system when triggered to prevent equipment overheating and damage.
System diagnosis and status feedback: Real time monitoring of module operation status and abnormal input signals, feedback of power, operation, alarm and other information through LED indicator lights, facilitating quick fault location.
Data transmission and integration: Communicate with interface modules (such as 3500/22M) through the 3500 rack bus to upload temperature data to System 1 software, supporting remote monitoring and data analysis.
Anti interference design: Electrical isolation between channels, built-in noise filtering circuit, suitable for industrial strong electromagnetic interference environment, ensuring measurement accuracy.
Application
Power generation industry: Monitoring the bearing temperature and stator winding temperature of gas/steam turbines and generators to promptly detect potential overheating hazards and ensure stable operation of the units.
Petrochemical industry: Temperature monitoring of bearings for centrifugal compressors, pumps, fans and other equipment, suitable for high temperature and high pressure conditions, to prevent equipment jamming and burning.
Metallurgical industry: Temperature monitoring of bearings and windings for key equipment such as rolling mills and motors, to cope with production scenarios with large load fluctuations and complex working conditions.
Equipment protection: Linked with other modules of the 3500 system, it triggers shutdown protection when the temperature exceeds the threshold, reducing the risk of equipment damage.
