This terminal board forms the final execution layer of the Mark VI protection system, integrating trip solenoid valve (ETD) voting drive and Geiger-Mueller flame detector excitation and signal acquisition. It ensures reliable emergency shutdown through hardware-based voting logic, continuous diagnostics, and seamless integration with the Mark VI protection processors.
