As the central control component of the drive system, the processor board integrates high-performance microprocessors capable of accurately executing complex motion control and drive algorithms. It performs real-time management of drive functions, closed-loop control calculations, and coordinated control tasks to ensure precise and stable operation of the drive system.

The module is equipped with real-time diagnostic and monitoring functions, enabling rapid fault detection, operating condition analysis, and predictive maintenance support. These capabilities help reduce unplanned downtime and improve overall system availability.

In terms of functional safety, the board supports a Safe Torque Off (STO) function and complies with SIL 3 / Performance Level e (PLe), Category 3 safety requirements. Safety control can be implemented via hardwired connections or through EtherNet/IP safety networks, reducing the complexity, hardware quantity, and wiring costs of traditional safety solutions.

Adaptation and Application Scenarios

The module is specifically designed for Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 7000 series drives and is also compatible with Kinetix and other Rockwell Automation drive platforms. It is well suited for applications in manufacturing, energy, and heavy industry, including but not limited to:
