Display Configuration

The terminal is equipped with a 10.4-inch color active-matrix TFT LCD. The effective display area measures 211 × 158 mm, with a resolution of 640 × 480 pixels (VGA), supporting 18-bit color graphics.
With a typical brightness of 300 cd/m², the display delivers clear and vivid presentation of industrial equipment operating data, process graphics, and system information.
The replaceable backlight design simplifies maintenance and helps extend the overall service life of the terminal.

Operation Method

This model adopts keypad-based operation as its primary input method. In addition, compatible membrane keypad switch accessories are available on the market.
The button-based operating logic is optimized for rapid command input, aligning with operator familiarity with traditional industrial terminals and supporting efficient on-site operation.

Performance and Communication
Power Supply and Memory

The terminal operates on a 18–32 V DC power supply, making it well suited to standard industrial DC power environments.
It is equipped with 128 MB of system memory and 128 MB of Flash memory, providing ample capacity for industrial control applications, runtime logs, configuration files, and bitmap graphics.

Communication Capability

The device features a comprehensive set of communication interfaces:

Ethernet port for connection to industrial Ethernet networks, enabling remote monitoring, data exchange, and device control

RS-232 serial port for communication with specific peripherals or legacy industrial equipment

Two USB ports, supporting external storage devices, mouse input, and other USB peripherals

This flexible interface configuration significantly enhances compatibility with a wide range of industrial equipment and accessories.

Environmental Adaptation and Protection

The enclosure protection complies with NEMA 12, NEMA 13, and NEMA 4X (indoor use) standards, and also meets IEC IP65/IP54 protection ratings. This provides effective resistance against dust, splashing liquids, and other common industrial contaminants.
The terminal is designed for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 0 to 55 °C. It also offers strong vibration resistance, capable of withstanding:
