Pre-installation Checks

Ambient temperature: Confirm that the maximum ambient temperature is within the specified operating range.

Installation Requirements
Free Space and Cooling
Maintain at least 10 mm of free space on the terminal side of the AVR.
Maintain at least 30 mm of free space on all other sides.
Ensure adequate cooling airflow around the AVR.
Prevent hot air from other equipment from blowing directly onto the AVR.
Mounting and Grounding
The AVR must be installed on an installation plate using suitable mounting hardware.
Ensure the AVR frame is electrically grounded (PE) to the installation plate using a grounding wire ≥ 4 mm² connected through one of the mounting holes.
Use toothed washers to ensure proper metal-to-metal contact and a reliable grounding connection.
Installation Procedure
Refer to the Dimensions section for the mounting hole layout and spacing.
Drill or prepare the required holes in the installation plate according to the mounting diagram.
Secure the AVR to the installation plate using appropriate hardware—typically M6 screws tightened to 10 Nm.
The mounting holes are designed for 6.5 mm diameter fasteners.
Verify that a proper electrical grounding connection exists between the AVR and the installation plate.
Ensure the installation plate itself is connected to protective earth (PE).
