Dual active redundant power supply
Built in 2 independent 24V power modules, supporting two independent AC inputs (can be connected to mains power and UPS power separately); When a single power supply fails, switch without disturbance within 50ms without interrupting the operation of the controller and I/O.
Full channel fault diagnosis
Blue indicator lights on the panel: Power supply, Status running alarm, Fault fault; Built in dry contact alarm output, can be connected to SCADA remote monitoring for overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature faults.
Hot swappable maintenance
A single power module can be plugged and replaced while the cabinet is live, and the entire system does not need to be powered off or shut down.
Multi channel 24VDC distribution output
The top 8-core power distribution interface of the chassis can split up to 6 independent 24V busbars, providing unified power supply for multiple C300 machine cages and I/O terminal boards.
Energy storage without power interruption
Compared to CC-PWRB01, CC-PWRR01 has no built-in rechargeable battery and loses power immediately after a complete AC power outage; CC-PWRB01 comes with a battery and can maintain power supply for 30 minutes in the event of a power outage.
